Refund & Return Policy

*All sales of online and behind the wheel courses are final. *

Refunds, if approved, are issued at our sole discretion. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Payment processing, platform, and administrative fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount. 

Because our online courses are delivered digitally and access is provided immediately after purchase, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits once the course link or login access has been issued.

• Course access is sent automatically via email after payment
• Once access is granted, the course is considered used
• Refunds will not be issued for:
  • Failure to check email (including spam/junk folders)
  • Change of mind after purchase
  •  Scheduling conflicts or lack of time for course completion
  • Failure to complete the course
  • Technical issues caused by the user’s device, email settings, or internet connection
  • Failure to meet state requirements due to the student’s own actions or inaction

By completing registration, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund and Return Policy.

Limited Refund Exception

A full or partial refund may be issued within one hundred twenty (120) days of registration only if the school is unable or unwilling to fulfill its obligations under this Agreement. Refund requests under this provision must be submitted in writing within the 120-day period and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
